Apple announced iOS 6 Software update to all devices but this software update will give the all feature to your older iPhone and iPad devices?

After the launch of Microsoft windows phone, apple added some more features to their devices like facebook and twitter integration so that you can share your picture and post very easily and similarly for twitter too.
